1. Discipline is an integral part of the learning process.
2. Prayer must be said with respect and devotion
3. Every pupil must have a copy of the school diary with him/her and must bring it to the school every day.
4. Only English should be spoken within the school premises.
5. While moving from class to class, if necessary, pupils should march silently in line. No books (other than the school books), newspapers or periodicals should be brought to school without the knowledge of the principal. Every pupil must behave respectfully towards the member of the staff. Pupils must behave well at all times both inside and outside the school. No loud shouting or whistling is allowed in the school premises.
6. Any form of bullying or ragging will result in a disciplinary committee review and could result in expulsion from the school.
7. Any misbehavior or violation of school discipline will be dealt with by the disciplinary committee and corrective action will be taken. In extreme cases parents will be called in to discuss the child’s behavior and may lead to suspension or expulsion from the school.
8. Students should neither borrow nor lend money nor should they exchange their articles. Students will refrain from damaging any form of school property. They should have respect for school property.
9. They should not damage school furniture, write or draw on the walls, scratch or spoil desks or chairs. Any damage to school property will have to be compensated either individually or in common. The school reserves the right to be compensated by the student for any such damages.
10. The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not allowed to bring valuables (like expensive watches, gold ornaments etc.) to school. Collecting donations or selling tickets for any purpose requires Principal’s sanction. No electronic item should be brought to the school and if it is found it will be confiscated and will not be given back
11. No student will be sent home during the class hours without the written request of the parent/guardian.
12. All correspondence addressed to pupils should be acknowledged by the parents.
13. All students are expected to participate in the activities of the school, develop healthy and competitive team spirit, acquire qualities of leadership and learn to serve others.
14. For safety and security, parents should refrain from sending money with their child without specific written notice from the school.
15. Encourage the children to participate for external and scholarship exam.
16. Submit project and assignment in time.
17. If change in address, immediately submit photocopy of address proof to office.
18. Parents and Guardians may meet the Teachers with prior appointment. Parents will not be permitted to meet teachers from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm. Parents are requested to confine to the reception Area on a visit to the School.
Students should reach the bus stop 5 minutes before the boarding time.
a. At the bus, they must get into the bus in an orderly manner.
b. They should not put their hands or heads outside.
c. They should be well disciplined, good mannered and should not use any indecent words.
d. They should wait at the bus stop after getting off and should cross the road with proper attention.
e. Any damage made to the school bus will be fined.
1. Neat and perfect uniform is compulsory on all working days.
2. Proper uniform is to be worn as per the day order.
3. School shoes should be neat and tidy with the laces properly tied. Socks should be washed & changed every day. Shoes with straps are compulsory till class second.
4. Avoid fancy, costly items or any attractive accessories (long ear rings, bangles, watches, etc.). The school shall not be responsible for loss of any such items.
5. Gold & Silver ornaments are strictly prohibited, for the safety of your child
6. Boys should compulsorily trim their hair (Crew Cut) periodically
7. Girls with short hair to wear blue band and girls with long hair to tie two plats and blue band.
8. Nails should be periodically cleaned and trimmed. Nail paint, nail art, mehendi, tattoo, bindi, anklets, eye makeup and lipstick are strictly not allowed.
9. Do provide a set of labeled spare dress for K.G. children, which shall be retained in the school itself.
10. During PTM, students are allowed to come to school only in the school uniform.
1. Only fruits, salads, fresh juices, sprouts and nuts are allowed for snacks during fruit break. The school does not provide any eatables.
2. Noodles, junk foods, bottle juices, bakery products and oily items are strictly prohibited.
3. The lunch kit comprise of two towels, spoon, fork and enough water for your child
4. Lunch should be accompanied with vegetables / greens compulsorily daily
5. Kindly send the right quantity of snacks and lunch for your child.
6. Avoid sending food in very costly containers. The school shall not be responsible for loss of such items.
7. Do label your child’s name in all his/her belongings.
8. Students are not allowed to go home for lunch. All students should bring their lunch by themselves on the class days.
1. The students should attend their classes compulsorily every day punctually with the lessons well-prepared.
2. Do ensure that every day your child is brought at least 5 minutes early to the boarding point of School vehicle, so as to avoid time delay.
3. The students should be inside the School campus at least 10 minutes before the School Assembly, which starts at 8.20 AM. If the school timings are not followed continuously, strict actions will be taken.
4. Frequent or long absenteeism will be severely dealt with, unless there is a genuine reason for the same. Parents are requested not to avail long leaves under any circumstances. In case, the child is sick, then in that case do not send the child to School. If any student is absent for more than two days, medical certificate is mandatory.
5. No leaves are allowed during the Summative Assessments, reopening or closing day of a term. Request for re-test for Pen and Paper Assessments will not be encouraged.
6. Do ensure that your child completes his/her home task regularly. Parents should acknowledge by signing the diary every day.
7. One month written notice to the School Management is compulsory, whenever the withdrawal of your child from the school is necessary.
8. Pupils, who are absent without intimation or come late, will be admitted in the class only with the permission of the Principal.
9. A written application for leave should be submitted at least one day in advance. Email can be sent for the same.
10. Attendance at official school functions is compulsory.
11. Irregular attendance, frequent failures in submitting class exercise, books, habitual offenders of discipline or any sort of serious misbehavior are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of the student.
12. No pupil is allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours without the permission of the Principal.
If your child has any specific allergy or physical illness, kindly do inform the class teacher and the School Authorities regarding the matter as soon as possible.
Students suffering from the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to the school.
Kindly note that in case of any sickness, immediate First Aid will be provided by the School Authorities. In case of any emergency, your child will be hospitalized locally and intimation will be sent to the parent / guardian by the quickest possible means.
